Penarth Sea Front. This beach can only be sailed in NE winds due to the high cliffs overlooking the beach that shelter winds from all other directions. However, with wind over tide there can be good bump and jump windsurfing.
Getting there: Head S from Cardiff on the A4160, the beach is on the E of Penarth
